1.- Wear suitable clothing(long pants) and footwear.
2.- Always obey the instructions given by the guides. Do not take any unmarked path or leave the group.
3.- Try not to run or jump on your way through the cave, because the floor is uneven and you could injure yourself.
4.- Do no take your helmet off at any time.
5.- If you feel tired, tell the guide immediately.
6.- Do not leave any waste behind or damage the cave; remember that is a very valuable protected ecosystem.
7.-Do not make loud noises which might disturb either the fauna living in the lava tube or other visitors.
8.- Animals are not allowed.
9.- Do not take any material from the surroundings. Please do not touch anything.
10.- The guided routes are made with fourteen persons each one; if you are late, you will lose the option to participate.
11.- Remind that the access to the volcanic tube is limited in order to protect the ecosystem.

1.- Lleve pantalón largo y botas de senderismo o tenis.
2.- Atienda siempre a las indicaciones del guía; no tome recorridos no señalizados, ni se separé del grupo.
3.-Evite dar saltos al transitar por la cueva, la irregularidad del piso puede causarle una lesión.
4.-No se quite el casco en ningún momento.
5.-Si se siente fatigado, comuníqueselo al guía inmediatamente.
6.-No deje ningún resto de basura en su visita, ni altere la cueva, recuerde que es un ecosistema protegido de alto valor.
7.-No produzca sonidos fuertes que puedan perturbar tanto a la fauna que vive en el entorno como a otros visitantes.
8.-Llevar animales, no está permitido.
9.- No recolecte material del entorno.
10.-Las rutas guiadas se realizan con 14 personas cada una, si llega tarde, perderá la opción de participar.
11.-Recuerde que el acceso al Tubo volcánico esta limitado para proteger el ecosistema.

13.- Duración de la visita: 2 horas.
14.- Dificultad: media.
15.-Abstenerse niños con edad inferior a 5 años; personas con claustrofobia y aquellas que tengan problemas de movilidad en huesos, en rodillas y tobillos.
